Wildcat Spud Alert – “Linga” Prospect

May 12, 2026.   Wildcat Spud Alert!  Equinor and partner AkerBP have commenced drilling operations for “Linga” prospect, located in the South Viking Graben area of the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).   The wildcat well will likely be targeting Upper Jurassic Intra-Draupne reservoir sands and other sands in the Middle Jurassic.   Download a copy
