➡️ Of course, having a single, merged dataset is important and vital for conducting regional assessment versus postage stamp exploration work👏… and it’s good to see that, – pre-migration matching was done to ensure consistency in time, phase, amplitude, and frequency content for the new dataset👏
➡️ With substantial improvements in event resolution and structural clarity, I expect this OBN dataset to have significant impacts on ILX exploration opportunities in the coverage area,.. especially for those targeting subtle Upper-Middle Jurassic plays and for shallow stratigraphic plays👏
➡️ Note – It’s not uncommon to see a bump in exploration success following the availability of a new dataset like this.👏
